Tejpal Singh Mann is an artist who feels that artwork is a
language in itself and that each painting or piece of art actually tells a
story and reveals the emotions of the artist. To decode the language of art you
need passionate eyes which can understand art otherwise it's as good as
speaking English to a person who does not understand English. In saying so all
I would say is that art is not everybody's cup of tea but to a person who
understands, it's a feast to the eyes.
Born and brought up in Punjab India Tejpal Singh Mann is
also an immigrant who started a new career like many in Canada. This was
totally different to what he did back home. He did his education in
electronics, computers, art, finance and management. he currently lives in
Surrey BC Canada. He is an artist who paints portraits, does oil paintings,
acrylics and much more in his gallery at 9353, 120 street, Delta, BC. He paints
for passion and does artistic roofs and ceilings.
He is very passionate about the Sikh Gurus and is a
practicing Sikh himself. He is very spiritual and practical person very
professional and passionate about all that he does. He has been working on a
series of Sikh Guru's and their life stories. Some of his art work has been
presented in the magazine like Guru Nanak sahib's and Bhai Mardana ji's vismaad
awastha, Bhai Bidhi Chand ji's bravery, fearlessness, cleverness, presence of
mind and devotion to guru, "Dal Bhajan" portrays guru ji's bravery,
fearlessness and military planning and leadership skills and yet more will
follow in the future editions of the Insight magazine.
